Yellow/red flowering vine at PuPing Palace

There's a climbing vine planted at the reservoir at PuPing Palace, on the fence around the water.  It has a rather elongated flower with yellow and red in the same blossom.  I don't remember what the leaf looks like. What is it?  What is it called in ไทย (real ไทย, no transliteration, please) and in English? Where can I buy it in Chiang Mai?
