EVs needed for Enviro Resource Fair in Streamwood

Hi all,

Next month is the 5th Annual Environmental Resource Fair by Cook County Commissioner Kevin Morrison, and organizers are looking for EV owners to attend and share their EV experiences.

Saturday August 23, 12-2pm

Rahlfs Woods (Streamwood Park District)

1350 S Park Ave, Streamwood, IL 60107

The Poplar Creek Public Library (across the street at 1405 S Park Ave, Streamwood IL 60107) will be the indoor option in case of inclement weather.

Has anyone else volunteered to participate in this event?  My daughter will bring her Leaf, I will bring my Ariya and I understand there is one other volunteer bringing a Tesla S Plaid with an informative poster board. 

Justin asked me if I needed a table or chairs (probably yes) and if I had a tent I could bring in case it's sunny and hot (which I dont have).  What (if anything) has been done in the past, or maybe it's better to ask what has been successful in the past?  

Am starting from zero so any input is appreciated - thank you.
