Turning on pre-moderation to prevent spam

Hi all,

I'm Anya, one of your fellow EV enthusiasts in the Chicago area, and an early member of this group. 

You may have noticed we occasionally get spam, or messages not relevant to EVs, like the one this morning. Sorry about that! To stop those kinds of messages, we've decided to turn on pre-moderation. All new messages will now have to be approved by one of the group managers (myself or Neda) before they go out to the whole group. 

We have a low volume of messages overall, so I don't expect this to get in the way of legitimate posts.
