my house was stolen from me!!!!! villa taj

now im gonna have to pay at least 5-10 million

a bank bought it for a measly 3 million
oh well

i wanted to live in burr ridge
and still want the villa taj but god made no guarantee

ill have 5 million from winning the mega millions

if i win the mega millions for 200 million or more im buying the villa taj

rooms will rent for $600 a month plus a split on the property taxes
that are probably at least $15,000 a year because the property is huge
and in burr ridge

Hi Matt,

I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, but I know people who live in that
area, and property taxes on a regular house are around $14k, so I'm betting
that house at Plainfield and County Line (I'm assuming thats what you mean
when you say taj) is around $30k/year.
