People wonder why "news" is not taken seriously or watched by
as many as there were just even 10 years ago. If this mentality describes
who is watching the news, is there any doubt why it's been trashed
with sleaze? I agree, go with NPR, their opinions suck, but they do go
into more detail before they go into opinionated crap. Scary that the
government does a better job at reporting what is actually NEWS than the
private sector in many cases, no?
If Jerry Springer was Riker on "Star Trek", would space battle scenes be
replaced by shooting chairs out the cannons? What about the episode
names... "I slept with Spock and hated it?"
