I know someone that fell for that . I asked them how they paid
they said bank card, so i told them to call the bank and dispute the
charges.
They ended up getting the money back after the bank contacted jeeb da beeb
about their side of the story.
They tried to claim they installed legitimate software for $150. Had to push
some buttons including calling
them criminals....
