Subject: mailing list update

Hello,

We've just finished updating our email distribution list for the
CogSci Lunch Seminar, removing obsolete names and broadening it so
that it reaches more people. Before we finalize the changes, we'd
like to make sure that we haven't inadvertently removed anyone from
the list who would like to continue to receive announcements, or
accidently added names such that duplicate copies are sent to the same
address.

Within about 15 minutes of receiving this message, an talk announcment
should arrive in your mailbox. If you do not receive this second
message, then you have been removed from the list. If you receive two
copies of the same message, then your name appears twice. In either
event, simply reply to the message and let me know so that I can make
the appropriate changes.
