1 Tbs. salt
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. molasses
1 c. corn meal
1 c. rolled oats (not quick oats)
1/2 c. body temperature water
2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. rye flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
