You rarely if ever hear a food critic or people on yelp mention how a
certain meal made him/her go poop the next day. They always limit their
reviews to ingestion and never post digestion. One of my favorite lines
of any movie is when that Al Pacino character on Glengarry Glen Rose
utters:

"You ever take a dump that made you feel like you'd just slept for
twelve hours?"

There's a veggie restaurant by me that causes me to have dumps so epic I
remember them for weeks. The stool is of a good consistency, not too
runny, not too hard, and makes a nice round pile in the toilet.
Sometimes I wonder how I could excrete so much poop. I must have been
literally full of shit the previous day.

The restaurant that causes this for me is called Quesadilla La Reina del
Sur located on 2235 N. Western, a couple of doors down from the Honey
BBQ joint (the Honey BBQ does nothing for me poop-wise). I like their
steak and chicken tacos. Being totally veggie they aren't really steak
or chicken. I don't really know what it is I'm exactly eating there but
whatever it is, the next day is fabulous.

The place is starting to get too popular. The other day all the tables
were full. I call ahead for pickup. Their number is 773-235-8807.

Pizza Hut used to make me take a dump before I left the restaurant, ~25
years ago.

I can acheive that by eating fat free cottage cheese instead of regular
cottage cheese so I can't tell if you like or dislike the place you just
reviewed. ;^)

Sorry for the confusion. There's a difference between an epic dump and
one due to food poisoning. An epic dump can be a life changing
experience by allowing you a glimpse at the meaning of life. The food
at the restaurant I mentioned is fantastic and no other restaurant does
this for me so I eat there at least once a week to clean the crap from
the other 6 days out of my body. Good solid poops are extremely
healthy. Even the food poisoning convulsive diarrhea is your body
rejecting toxins in the only way it can by rebooting the colon.

There is nothing pleasant about being all stopped up. Food critics
should take note of the type of stool that gets produced from the food
they review. They don't because people pay little heed to pooping even
though everyone should do it once a day. In the end, pooping is what
really matters in life. If you can't poop you die.

It's been over a week now since eating there so I am once again full of
crap.

I suspect that with all the different and spicy foods Alpana must ingest
on a daily basis a lot of splattering is involved.

More people should talk about their colons because it's important. I
often wonder if survivors of anal cancer are treated as second class at
the Susan G. Komen get togethers.

Cream cheese must cancel out the benefit of celery. This reminds me of
something. I often wonder why everyone seems to serve salad before
meat. Wouldn't it be better for your digestion to have salad after
meat? While the meat clogs your pipes the salad comes down to loosen
everything up -- kind of like pouring bleach to clear a drain. Instead
restaurant culture has always adhered to serving even more pipe clogging
fat in the form of dessert to end a meal.
