In order to keep the spam to a minimum and foster conversations
instead there have been 2 changes made.
1. New member posts are now moderated to keep the SPAM off the
discussions, and out of everyone's email boxes.
2. New members must be approved. Every 'real' looking person will be
approved, this is just a measure to keep the SPAM off, and not limit
anyone.
