Well I have no real idea whats going on, but it would be awesome if we
could find out how HTML5 interacts with computers, how new HTML's are
made and things along that track. I really want to know how html is
organized in general.

Well, there's no simple answer here, but the best way is to take a
look at the source code of chrome:

I have no idea what any of that stuff means. And it doesn't look like
code either. Could you explain what that is?
