The Big Countdown: Census 2010

How is the NYC Census count progressing? Without the usual long form,
where will we get the details? Can we get an accurate count in our
immigrant communities? How will the city handle an undercount?

A panel, sponsored by the Baruch Colege School of Public Affairs,
will discuss these and other issues.

It will include:

Seema Agnani, Executive Director, Chhaya CDC
Stacey Cumberbatch, City Census Coordinator
Angelo Falcón, President, National Institute for Latino Policy
Tony Farthing, Regional director, U.S. Census Bureau
Joseph Salvo, Director Population Division, New York Deptartment of
City Planning.

New York Times reporter Sam Roberts will moderate.

Thursday, March 25th 2010

Reception at 5:30; program begins at 6.

Baruch College, Newman Conference Center
Library & Technology Building, Seventh floor
151 E. 25th St.
5:30PM - 7:30PM
Cost: Free
