We have talked enough, let's walk!

It is our pleasure to invite you to the first Town Hall meeting to inform the public about upcoming Walk for Nepal Boston 2013 and seek your feedback to make this years event a grand success.

Purpose of Town Hall

1. Official kick-off of Walk for Nepal Boston 2013 Campaign:

    - Begin public outreach and media campaign

    - Begin Walker Registration and Sponsorship

    - Recruit volunteers

    - Seek Corporate and Individual Sponsorship

2. Partner charities make brief presentations:

    - Introduction

    - Mission

    - Areas of work

    - Achievements

3. Public feedback on how to make the event successful:

    - Past experience

    - Expectations and suggestions for 2013

    - Growth for next year and beyond
