江苏无锡苏州等地出现含大量甲醛的银鱼
中新网无锡10月13日电 (洪晓红 孙文荆)“毒奶粉”事件余音绕梁,记者今天从无锡市农林局证实,该市新区长江绿岛农贸市场所售太湖银鱼经采样检
测,首次发现含有大量甲醛成份,再次敲响食品安全警钟。
太湖银鱼早在明代时,就与松江鲈鱼、黄河鲤鱼、长江鲥鱼并称中国四大名鱼,也是无锡人引以为豪的“太湖三白”之一,素以鱼身光洁透白、鱼肉细嫩美味、入
口即滑闻名。
据无锡市民杨先生近日反映,称其所购银鱼炒熟后韧性十足,嚼如橡胶,用手竟难以扯断,外表可清晰拨出一层皮状物,疑为假银鱼。
无锡市农林局渔政处处长张宪中认为,此“橡胶银鱼”在苏州等地已经出现,无锡尚属首次。这种能蜕皮的银鱼,是商贩为了防腐保鲜,将银鱼经高浓度甲醛溶液
浸泡,加上放置时间过久所致。
张宪中称,不法商贩们在极难保鲜的水产品或水发食品中添加甲醛已成潜规则,是“常态”。经甲醛浸泡后的银鱼,可保持数日不腐,色泽异常洁白透亮,极
具“卖相”,韧性也大大增强。
根据《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》第九条规定,禁止生产和经营含有甲醛的食品。
相关专家介绍,甲醛为无色、刺激性气体,易溶于水,其水溶液俗称“福尔马林”,具有防腐、保鲜作用。经甲醛浸泡的水产品颜色过白、手感较韧、口感较硬,
如甲醛量加入过大,细嚼时有刺激感。长期食用含有甲醛的食品,对人体健康危害无穷。(完)

其实这也不算是新闻了,市场上水发货、火锅和串烤的保鲜都是用这,好多年了,不是近年才开始的。用这玩意泡鱼也是早就有的了,也不单只银鱼,市面上的速
冻鱼解冻出来卖的不少都经过这道工序。
瓷器国造假水平之高,所用手段之无尽令人高山仰止,福尔马林都是下等伎俩了,据说“宾阳货”造的纸板鸭能让人用显微镜都看不出真假来。
