Do you want to live in SF for a totally reasonable price?

Because Asgard officially has an opening starting on May 1st!

For those of you who haven’t been here, it is a 4 bedroom house located in the Glen Park neighborhood of SF. We are a 10 min walk to the BART, with immediate access to highways 101 and 280 as well. The house itself is quite large, with a spacious kitchen, washer/dryer in house, a yard, deck, and porch out back, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of common space. Storage space is also pretty available here. The particular room in question has a large closet, comfortably fits a queen size bed, with room for another piece or two of furniture depending on room layout. Note that we have a toddler (with a baby on the way) and a dog, for those with allergies (to either one!).

Short or long term is available.

Rent will be $1200 for the room, and monthly utilities tend to run in the $100 range for everything combined.
