No, not in the usual way. Chez Scheme has command-line flags `-h` and `-s`, which I think reflects past support, but those flags currently always report an error.

A boot file is similar to an image, especially one converted to vfasl format (see `vfasl-convert-file`), but it's not the same workflow.
