Scheme-langserver release 1.0.12: support ss/scm files

Scheme-langserver(https://github.com/ufo5260987423/scheme-langserver) provides scheme language features for modern editors or IDEs. It focuses on digesting incomplete source code and giving out any useful (maybe not fully correct) information to programmers.

Recently, it has released 1.0.12 version with ss/scm extension support. And its most valuable contribution is holding a virtual identifier catching machine by supposing that all ss/scm files are processed in REPL with rnrs-based context, which is essential for library-based identifier catching.

Apparently, current release must have many bugs and can be improved in many aspect. I'd be very happly if anyone could give back some advises or comments.
