ANN: Chewing Project Moving to Codeberg 新酷音輸入法專案將遷移至 Codeberg

Hi everyone,

We are beginning the transition of the Chewing Project's code forge from
GitHub to Codeberg, a non-profit, open-source-friendly platform based in
Germany. This move aligns with our long-standing commitment to free and
open-source software and community-driven development.

Why Codeberg (https://codeberg.org/about)?

* Community and Values: Codeberg uses fully free software (Forgejo,
Weblate) and supports localization, lowering barriers for non-English
contributors.
* Better Tools: Improved issue tracking, pull request workflows, and
CI/CD capabilities that benefit everyone.
* Transparency and Control: As a non-profit, Codeberg prioritizes
developer needs over commercial interests.

Next Steps

* Create your Codeberg account (https://codeberg.org) using GitHub login.
* Message me to join the chewing organization (https://codeberg.org/chewing).
* New issues and PRs should be filed on Codeberg. GitHub will become read-only soon.
* We'll continue publishing releases on GitHub for 1–2 more versions for
a smooth transition.

I've set up a self-hosted runner for testing PRs. Note: windows-chewing-tsf
release code signing will remain on GitHub as required by SignPath.

* 為確保平穩過渡，我們仍會在 GitHub 上發布一至兩個版本。

我已設定好自訂的 Action Runner 用於測試。需注意：windows-chewing-tsf 的簽章發行流程仍將保留在 GitHub 上。

Please help to add some release tarball so that I can update Debian
watch for further releases.

Done. Prior releases are also imported to Codeberg thanks to the migration pull method.
