Review needed, dynamic programming based phrasing

Hi all,

請幫忙 review [1]，這是把 phrasing 的部份用 dynamic programming 重寫，主要是要加快 phrasing 的速度。

測試的 data 如附件 keystroke_small，這是用 scripts/create_keystroke_from_text.py 把萌典的 JSON 轉成

keystroke，再取一小部份所作成。

測試的 command 如下：

cat keystroke_small | time ./test/performance

dynamic programming 要 0.5 秒

master 要 492.58 秒

我會再跑 stress.py 確定沒有其他問題。
