輸出簡體中文

請問一下，我是安裝windows-chewing-tsf-build 2017.05.30，這版本點選設定/工具選單，將輸出簡體中文打勾後，只要輸入法一切換，該勾選項目會被取消，

這是正常的嗎？？

還有有快速切換輸出簡題中文的快速鍵嗎？？例如像奇摩輸入法按ctrl+Shift+S 就可以改變輸出的中文
