I am sharing this with permission.
As many of you know, our neighbors are being impacted by ICE. If you have been wanting to help or know others who may, please see the following information.
Even if you do not help monetarily, re-sharing the information the share on their social media networks can increase the visibility of the news they are trying to amplify.

Hi Amy -
I wanted to share some information on the PG IRC for you to share with your networks. Thanks in advance for helping us to spread the word!
What is the PG IRC? The Prince George's County Immigrant Rights Collective (PGIRC) is a grassroots network of volunteers formed to protect and empower immigrant communities across Prince George's County, Maryland. Together, we organize for safety, dignity, and justice for all.
What do we do? Our work is grounded in the needs and priorities of affected communities. To serve communities, our work is organizing around 3 pillars: Community 'Know Your Rights' Education, Community ICE Watch, and Community Care. More information on us & our programs can be found at our Instagram account (PG_IRC)
How can you become involved?
Follow our Instagram page for information on ways to become involved and if you have the financial means, consider donating to 1 or more of the PG IRC sponsored GoFundMes for ICE impacted families. All of these families have had a loved one, most often the primary breadwinner, recently detained by ICE and are struggling to make ends meet while they navigate a crisis situation.
We'd like to highlight a few of our families for priority donations:
We are also doing a Holiday Toy Drive to provide toys to the children who have recently lost a parent to ICE. We are in touch with the families and are trying to help more than 60 kids receive gifts. If you buy an item from this registry, it will go directly to a child who lost a parent. Please select “shipping” as the delivery option, that will send everything to our storage.
Warmly,
Amy Jean Chung Fry
