Cheverly Ward 6

Thank you for joining the CHEVERLY WARD 6 Google Group.  Please remember this is a neighborhood Ward 6 list-serve created to provide town news, updates, and events as well as to promote connection with Ward 6 and beyond.  You do not have to live in Ward 6 to be part of this group, however, the goal of this google group is to create community within Ward 6 and to keep the neighbors of Ward 6 updated with important information happening in and around Cheverly.

 
What you can expect from this group:

• Town Updates - Updates from Ward 6 Councilmember
  • Updates from Town Meetings/Work Sessions (once a month)
  • News of things to come (as needed)
  • Solicitation of input on proposals, measures, development projects, and ideas (as needed)
• Information on volunteer/engagement opportunities within the Ward and Town of Cheverly
• Events in the Town of Cheverly and events that Cheverly neighbors may be interested in

Please refrain from the following:

• Posts attacking a neighbor or any one on/off this list serve.
• Spam posts
• Curb Alerts/FS Items/Looking for Posts are best left to the Cheverly Exchange.
• Anything Religious or Political (to avoid any arguments).
  • Events happening at our local churches are ok.
  • Events hosting a political forum is ok.

Please remember the goal of this group is to keep our Ward 6 members informed of what is happening in the Town and a space to have constructive and productive dialogue with one another about issues or new initiatives facing the town.

 
Any one who can not adhere to the basic rules of civility will be removed.
