Dear support,
I'm a Researcher in Biomedical Imaging at Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro and I'm interested in your tool CIP.
In particular, I performed several segmentation using 3d Slicer and I know how to evaluate volume of anatomical structure (for example left lung) of 3d segmentation.
I would like to perform also volumetric analysis of the same structure on dicom images (NOT ON 3d model).
Can you please suggest me how to do it?
Thanks in advance

Hi Vera,

You could use the parenchyma Analysis module of the SlicerCIP extension to perform the automatic segmentation and volumetric analysis of the lung.

HTH

Thanks

Raul
