Dear Chest Imaging platform group,

This is WS who is leading MR Clinical area in ASEAN/KOREA and ANZ region.

One of our customers expressed interest in using the 3D Slicer and CIP.

I am wondering whether your group can help us using your platform on AW(GE workstation) or MR scanner to have a better workflow for our customer.

(Saw one of your members had worked for GE Global research team)

Can AW(GE workstation – OS : Linux) implement your solution?

In addition, do we have a partnership with your team? I don’t have enough information as I am only focusing Asia countries.

Thank you

Hi Wonseok,

Thank you for your email. CIP is open source, and right now Slicer is the primary interface. It would be good to know more about the intended workflow and the requirements. CIP is mostly designed to work with chest CT scans. Should we schedule a call at your convenience to discuss this? I can present the current status of CIP.

Thanks

Raul

Hi Raul,

Yes, I also recognized that CIP is to work with CT data set.

However, is it also possible to use CIP with MR data set ? We have chest MR Image using zero TE based solution.

Our customer wants to integrate CIP in the AW which is linux based GE workstation to accelerate their study.

Could you introduce the status of CIP on Friday early morning? Maybe around 8am your time?

Regards

WS
