Segmentation of lobe and vessels

Hi team,

I am using CIP library to carry out quantification of vessels and airway measurements. I have built the CIP successfully.

I followed the cip_compute_vessel_particles.py workflow. I am able to arrive at the particles.vtk file with various fields.

I was wondering on how to extract the vessel mask at this stage?

Also can you advice me on how to do lobe segmentation?
