Want to know more about kurtosis, skewness, and other radionomics

Dear Chest Imaging Platform:

I am radiologist from Taiwan. I am interested about radiomics and texture analysis, but I am totally new to this great field. My purpose is to help my physician to solve their problems for interstitial lung disease, and build up adequate database with high quality. Can I have more information about Chest Imaging Platform or even how to use it?
