Hello,
I’ve been trying to figure out how to install/use the CIP using the Wiki on github. However, running into some issues. I don’t have much experience with GitHub so this is definitely a new learning experience for me. I’ve downloaded the Github code as a zip. And installed the prerequisites and I am stuck here.
I’ve tried to run this in Command:
git clone -b [develop|master] https://github.com/acil-bwh/ChestImagingPlatform.git
mkdir ChestImagingPlatform-build
cd ChestImagingPlatform-build
ccmake ../ChestImagingPlatform
But no luck. Doesn’t seem im doing this right.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Bishoy
Hi Bishoy,
I would recommend that you use our CIP docker build. This is the easiest way to get you going without worrying about compiling the library.
Here is the link to our docker: https://hub.docker.com/r/acilbwh/chestimagingplatform
The overview shows you how you can use CIP with docker and a few analysis workflows that could be of interest.
Thanks
Raul
