Subject: CHESTERTOWN HOT WATER OUTAGE 1/31

We have scheduled a hot water outage for Chestertown Hall from 11am-3pm on Tuesday, January 31 so that our mechanical services shop can perform preventative maintenance on the building's hot water heating system.

Please post signs and notify your residents about this issue. They should shower before the outage or late at night because it will take a while for the water to heat back up after the outage.
