Subject: Chestertown Hall Exterior Paint Project

Hannah/Jamie,

 

Tito Contracting will be painting the exterior of Chestertown Hall over spring break.  They will start work on Saturday, March 17, at 7am and they will finish on Saturday, March 24th.  I will have to enter each room with the contractor to remove the window screens so they can paint the exterior side of windows.  After they are finished painting the windows, we will have to enter each room again to reinstall the screens and open and close the windows a few times to make sure they don't get painted shut.  Could you please inform the Chestertown Residents that this work will by happening over spring break, and ask them to remove any belongings/furniture away from the windows?  Either myself or another University employee will be escorting the contractors in and out of the rooms. 

 

Also, just wanted to confirm when students are allowed to move back into Chestertown.  I believe they are not moving back in until Sunday.  Is this correct?
