Lately I am finally back to strandpulling with bodyweight exercises. I
really enjoy it. Now I wonder why I had stopped anyway. I
"re-discovered" I have a few great books on strandpulling.
So I was going through some old courses I have on book. One of them is
the Joe Bonomo cable course. Although I used exercises from this course
I have never followed the course completely. I was wondering if anyone
followed it.
How did you do it. Follow it directly as written down. (so working out
every day, except the 7th day) for 1 set each or did you workout every
other day and using multiple sets? What were the results from this
course.
