Forum idea

[Vegan Bodybuilding]

I was actually wondering.  These days you can get those free forums, so would there actually be any interest in setting up a strand pulling forum?  It's fairly easy to sort out - you do get ads on the forum that you have no control over (which can be a pain), but it's free & easy to set up.

Maybe we could make a goal to create a new truly international organisation or at the very least get things in the field of strand pulling somewhat organised, get some standardised names for the pulls & stuff.  Obviously the first step in anything like that would be to get a base somewhere like a forum where we can plan stuff & talk about how we would want to develop?  Just a thought, but what do you guys think?  Is there any interest?

Great idea,

I just started strand pulling again, or cables as John Brookfield calls them. Used some of Matt Furey ideas in the past, Bought them for Life Line and used them for a while. I got distracted with kettlebells and body weight exercises. Bought Brookfields book Training with cables for strength. and got out the old Fury sheets.

There is not standard of what we call the moves. I have been back at them for a month. Love them. They helped me rehab the tennis elbow that had been bugging me for about 2 years and got me back up to 3 sets of 6 pull ups in a month.
