Meetup Description What: A chance for EVERYONE to play chess in a tournament format! When: First Wednesday of each month Time: 6:00pm - 7:45pm (check in anytime between 5:30 and 5:55) Where: The Community Room of the Irvington Public Library Who: Open to the public Cost: Rated USCF (United States Chess Federation) players pay an entry fee of $5, and must have a current membership (available on-site). There is no entry fee for unrated players, but you must join the USCF ($7-$12 for one time, or $20-$40 for a whole year, depending on your age). Prizes: 80% of entry fees paid back in cash prizes!
