After move 44 of white the situation was like this:

White: Kd3, Df6, Th1, Tc6, pion c3, c4, d5, e3
Zwart: Kb8, Da3, Te8, Tb3, pion c7, d6, f7.

After an uninteresting game I decided here to throw away a full rook
for a pawn, and 14 ply after that I was 4 points ahead.
Was that a good idea, or is there somewhere a horrible leak in that
combination?

Perhaps more people would reply to you and enjoy going over the game
you played if you would send it in .PGN format. If you do not yet know
how, send me a request and tell you how to do it so we can all see
every move of your game with a chess diagram to view along with it.

I expected already that nobody wanted to play over manually 40+ moves
by hand, so I gave the critical situation after move 40 of white.

But I didn't give it right, the symbols are in dutch. Here is the
english position:

After move 44 of white the situation was like this:

White: Kd3, Qf6, Rh1, Rc6, pawn c3, c4, d5, e3
Zwart: Kb8, Qa3, Re8, Rb3, pawn c7, d6, f7.

Stockfish says I blundered only 8 times, overlooked 4 forced checkmates, He calls my rook sacrifice a blunder, even though I won with it.

Stockfish is out of this world.
