70th Birthday Party - CANCELLED

[CHS Reunion Committee]

Dear Classmates, 

Sadly, the Reunion Committee has decided to cancel our picnic on September 11th. When we first planned this it was early May before the Covid-19 Delta variant was much of a threat. Now it appears that even those who are vaccinated are coming down with it. Some of you have expressed that this is why you are not planning to attend. Your safety is our primary concern and we don't feel that it is wise to continue at this point.

If you told us you were going to be there, would you please reply back to this email or indicate on our Facebook page that you are aware of this news. Otherwise, we will personally contact those classmates that indicated they would attend. We are disappointed that this event didn't work out but we hope to offer other opportunities to meet you again in the future.
