55th Reunion Update/Reminder

We are all looking forward to getting together next month. For those of you who have thought, "I plan to go and I'll send my money in later," could you please send it in now.  We need a head count. We are letting people know through email and we are hearing that classmates aren't getting this because it is going into their spam folder, so they haven't gotten any invite, or didn't get the email saying it is a lunch now and not a dinner. Please send this on to everyone you are in contact with. Here is the invite we sent out before with all the info:

We never imagined in 1969 that we would ever talk about a 55th reunion...but here it is. Jim Welch has once again generously offered to provide us with free food at his restaurant, which includes his famous, award-winning chicken wings. Jim's restaurant is J Timothy's Taverne at 143 New Britain Ave in Plainville.  There will be a cash bar. We will meet from noon to 4pm on September 28th. The reunion committee has decided that we will charge $20 per person to give Jim's waitstaff a generous tip for the day.

for you and your guest, if you are bringing one. Little did Sally realize when she was elected class treasurer that it would be for life!! Thank you, Sally. 

We will also be planning to walk along the bike path at Lock 12 at 9:30 that morning.  If mobility is an issue for you, join us anyway, and you can visit with others on the benches.
