I am currently experimenting with CherryPy (using 3.2.0rc1), and
require a templating 'engine' which is compatible with Python3.

Any recommendations/advice would be appreciated.

Hello Alan,

Personnaly I use Genshi (successfully passed with CP3.2). It is well documented and it's easy to find samples on the web.
Look on http://www.cherrypy.org/wiki/ChoosingATemplatingLanguage for an list of templates which work with CherryPy

Regards,
Michel.

Hello Michel, thanks for the reply.

I've just taken a look at Genshi, and I'll try it out asap.. The
tutorial seems (unnecessarily?) complicated in parts, especially on
the data side of things, but maybe that's being unfair until I've
tried it out properly.

I like the syntax and approach of Mako, Jinja2 and Cheetah - does
anyone know the latest status regarding Python3 versions of these yet?

Regards,
Alan
