parsing a RSS feed

This may be a simplistic question for some, but I'd rather not
reinvent the wheel, so am asking: Is there an easy way to parse a
RSS feed into my CP 3.0 website? In other words, I'd like to take
an RSS feed from another site and publish their headlines in my
site.
