I found the FastFormWard code efficient and simple enough for my needs,
but the code given at http://www.cherrypy.org/wiki/FastFormward is only
for CP-2.0.
Thus, I've adapt it.

Since wiki is not updatable, and as proposed by the author, I post it on
the mailing list.
