development environment

Hello all

I am novice in python and cherrypy so my questions may appear not smart :)

I would like to build my development environment based on the following :

AptanaStudio3,
Python 2.7,
CherryPy,
Mako,
Babel,
FormEncode,
simplejson,
python-dateutil,
pytz

my question is what is the best way to make my development environment integrated?
and I am asking you to help me to get start using Cherrypy ( I need tutorials, videos, and books)
