bug in the FileSession storage ?

Hello,

I upgraded from 3.2.6 to 3.3.0 and I'm facing a bug with the FileSession
storage. I've put everything on https://dpaste.de/Vk1d
Note that it works with the RamSession.

From what I can see it looks like the session is saved twice, without
being locked the second time ..

Is it a known issue ?
