The _cp_dispatch feature is also very nice and important for doing lazy
loading of server features so that the first request does not have to pay
for importing the whole website. This is especially important when running
an application on the Google App Engine since Google will throw out your
application if idle for more than about 30 seconds.

Is there any chance this can be pushed onto the 3.1.x branch now? This has
been sitting on the trunk for a while now, and no one seems to have
