Writing the book

Hey people,

I've been thinking on how to write the doc efficiently.

1. Let people adding content as they can when they can
2. Organise two or three "writing-doc-marathon" this summer.

1 scares me a bit since it might be too slow to get somewhere
2 is interesting if we can get 2 or 3 hours per meeting where we would only
write doc.

If you guys are willing to join 2/3 times this summer it could be an efficient
to have a good documentation base.

Let me know.
