server.socket_host is bound for windows 2008

Hi all,
In windows 2008 machine i am locally bound to give server.socket_host,
if i give ip address then i can access only using that ip address
only, can not access using localhost and viceversa.

Perhaps you want to bind to 0.0.0.0 ?--
