Fence replacement

Hello,

I live at 2503 Applewood Rd and am planning to replace our existing fence as well as remove the fencing bordering our neighbor's fences; they have given their permission for us to connect to their existing fences. Can you provide any guidance needed for us to move forward with the installation?

Hello Rachel,

Thank you for your email. Your project will need to be reviewed and approved by our Architectural Committee. It's a very simple process. Please provide a drawing (picture of paper and pencil drawing is fine), or if you are using a contractor they typically provide you with one of your property. Be sure to include all measurements of your property and the fence and show the placement of the fence. Please also include all details, including materials of the fence (i.e. cedar fence). Once received, we'll review and approve quickly or let you know if we have any further questions.
