My husband and I are the new owners of the home at 2801 Willow Bend Rd. We are hoping to install a privacy fence to enclose our backyard and were instructed to submit this for approval. Please let us know if there is anything additional needed from us. Thank you!

Welcome to the neighborhood! I'm catching up on neighborhood business today. I have added both email addresses to our mailing list. Our Architectural Committee will need plans and details for your fence project. A pencil and paper drawing, or a drawing from your contractor is fine. We'll need all the details regarding the fence (cedar, 6 ft, etc) and measurements of where if will be places in your yard along making note of your lots lines etc. Often people will use a google map of their property and add drawings to it and just take a picture and send. It doesn't have to be super fancy. Contractors often supply all of this if you plan to use someone. Once received, your plans will be reviewed and we'll let you know if there are questions or if it is approved.
