Hello,

I am an appraiser working on an appraisal of a property in your HOA. The
lender is telling me that the HOA has been disbanded. Can you please
tell me if this is true?

If so, can you email me documents that terminated the HOA? Also, what
was done with HOA property such as the entrance with subdivision sign.
Who owns that now? Are there no longer any HOA dues?

Hi Carla,

Thank you for confirming, I couldn't imagine that the HOA had been dissolved! I have attached a screenshot of an email of the person who claims there is no HOA.

The lender is Liberty Reverse Mortgage and they can be contacted at  liberty...@pcvmurcor.com or (844) 342-8595 if you like.

I will tell them the HOA is active and refer them to you if they have any questions.
