I'm considering a few changes to my house at 3405 Cypress Creek Rd and am not sure if you need to review this.  The idea is to add another overhead garage door and expand the driveway to allow vehicle access to the new door.  This new door will be to the left (south) of the bigger door and replace the window.  The driveway will angle from the sidewalk to the new door. (It won't connect to the street.)  All garage doors will be replaced so that they match, and the trim will be the same as on the existing doors.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks!

Thank you for your email. We do have an Architecural Committee. Please provide detailed plans of your changes for review and approval to cherryh...@googlegroups.com. If you are working with a contractor, they typically provide very detailed drawings. Please let me know if you have any additional questions to help with your project.

Sorry, my builder didn't have a way to send me a plan.  Here is my edited photo of what I need done.  There will be a new garage door (in green) where the window currently is.  The driveway (in white) will extend from the new door straight out for about 20' then angle to the sidewalk.  Feel free to contact me if you have further questions.

Your last message did not include a new picture. Does the picture include measurements of the new driveway and where it all fits on your property as a whole? Perhaps that is what you meant to send?

I'm not sure you clicked on the link, but from my view the edited picture came thru.  Here are my best efforts to diagram the changes.  (I am not drawing the entire side of the house as that isn't changing.)  The first aspect is looking at the garage.  



This diagram is from above looking at the existing and proposed extension to the driveway.

Hello, I'm checking on the status of my request.  My builder will be available to make the changes in the next 2-3 weeks and will need to order materials.  Can I move forward with my plan?
