Pre-built storage shed requirements

I would like to put a pre-built shed in my backyard and am looking for a list of all of the requirements and information you need for approval.  Can you please share it with me?

Actually, if you could share information for any shed regardless of whether it is prebuilt or not I would greatly appreciate it.
