Broken fence along apartments at 3407 mill creek road Lot 441

I am with ATS Custom Construction. Most days going down Duncan we drive by your broken fence at what I believe is 34078 mill creek road. Its lot 441, section 9 of your HOA. 

It has been broken for quite some time now. We would love to offer a quote to fix it for you! 

I'm not sure how you all run things over there, but we work with several other HOAs as their "point person" to help with projects that are needed. This may not be as necessary in Cherry Hills given that most of the properties are single family homes. 

We do a lot of exterior projects. Fences, decks, concrete, siding, roofing, gutters, doors, windows, pergolas, patios, etc. 

If we are at all able to help you all out, we would love to do so!

I also noticed your website is looking rather dated. In case you haven't perused the new blogspot, they have some slick modern designs that should cost less than $20!
