What steps will reproduce the problem?
I'm not quite sure. The server is under constant load and every week or so
this happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 11.10, 64bit. We're running Cherokee compiled from the dev branch on
Github, it reports itself as version 1.2.102.

Please provide any additional information below.
Error log attached from the past 3 days. I trimmed out the thousands of
lines of a duplicate error and noted at the top of the file.
